Occasionally this can take longer if we are releasing a new feature.

This allows us to quickly address any new bugs that may not have surfaced during our QA process. We monitor support tickets and forum feedback closely, and broaden the rollout percentage of eligible customers as these signals remain positive. We start by releasing the new version of an app to a small percentage of customers which can be based on geography, operating system, or, when the app store doesn't provide those types of controls, a randomly selected set of eligible customers. To provide the best possible experience for customers, updates are delivered as ‘staged rollouts' over specific timeframes. This includes both automated and manual testing for bug fixes, performance, and new features. Every new update and feature in Evernote is extensively tested by our Quality Assurance (QA) team before we make it available to the public.

There are three factors that determine the availability of the latest version of Evernote: Our goal is to deliver updates to the Evernote apps on a frequent and consistent basis, while maintaining a high bar for quality and performance. How Evernote delivers app updates to our customers
